Shipping & Returns


For the holiday season, the last day to ship your item(s) will be December 10, 2021. Due to the current holiday season, and Covid-19, USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS may experience extended delays in shipping. These are variables outside of our control. We are not responsible for shipping carriers' delays.

Thank you for visiting Cosmai Aromatics and shopping our handcrafted bath products and incense. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

At this time we are only shipping within the United States 50 states. We hope to soon add US island/territories, Canada, and UK shipments within the coming months based on demand.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Options & After Processing Times

At this time, we are currently offering standard shipping from the USPS (United States Postal Service) or Standard UPS Ground. After processing, delivery times range from 7-14 days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Potential Service Interruptions

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We are not responsible for shipping carriers' delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns/exchanges are not accepted. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Damages and/or Lost Items

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at with details and photos of the item(s) within 1-2 business days. We review all claims within 48 hours. If new product is shipped out, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping.


If your item(s) do not arrive on time and are lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
