  • What is your return and refund policy?
    Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. Please view our shipping and returns page for further details.
  • What are your shipping options?
    We currently only ship to the US in 50 states. We hope to over Canada and UK shipping in the coming months.
  • What if my package is late or lost?
    Please contact the shipping carrier. You are welcome to email us at if you need further assistance. Please see our shipping and returns page for further details.
  • What if I am missing an item from my order?
    Please contact us at if you are missing an item. We keep very detailed records of every shipment. If an item is found to be missing we will mail it out to you within 3 business days.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel or change your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Anytime after 24 hours, orders may not be canceled or refunded.
  • What are the shelf life of Cosmai Aromatics products?
    Products with a short shelf life will have an expiration date on the label. We recommend once a product is opened that you use it within 3 months of the purchase date. Any products that are more than a year from the purchase date or are past the expiration MUST be discarded and disposed of immediately.
  • Why was my item(s) or order cancelled?
    If you received an order cancelation noticed either the item you ordered is out of stock, OR the credit card you provided has been declined. In either case, we will reach out to you directly via email with further details and refund information.
  • Do you offer Free Shipping?
    No, not at this time.
  • Can I include a gift message with my order?
    Yes! If you would like to include a special message to the sender with your order please contact us via email at within 24 hours of purchase with the message details. We will respond and confirm it is able to be included within 48 hours of the email. Please note that depending on the request, there may be an extra day or two added to the processing time.
  • Having trouble checking out? What should I do?
    If you are having trouble at any time during the order process please contact us at for assistance. Please allow up to 48 hours to respond.
  • How will I know if a prodcut is back in stock?
    Sign up for our newsletter! We send product updates including when out-of-stock products are back in stock via the newsletter.
  • What do I do if I receive the wrong item(s) or order(s)?
    Contact us at within 24 hours of the delivery. Please provide photo evidence as well.
  • What if I entered the wrong address when ordering? What should I do?
    Please contact us within 24 hours of the order to change your address. If it is past 24 hours and the items are already shipped, you will have to reorder them using the correct address.
  • Are all your products handcrafted?
    Yes! We pride ourselves on being budding artisans. All products are made with natural materials whenever possible and are made with real hands!
